With 20 years of experience at the highest levels of financial service, Dorthe Håhr Dupont is an expert in leadership and digital transformation. She is Learning Lead at one of the largest banks in Scandinavia. Dorthe holds a Doctoral degree in Leadership and Business Transformation as well as a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, specialized in Change Management.
